Please, add support for fully automating LVM shared LUN datastore setup

as far as I can see from that commit code it adds DS with TM_MAD=fs_lvm_ssh whereas the higher demand is for LVM SAN DS with TM_MAD=lvm. So it would be highly desirable to be able to deploy the cloud with DS TM_MAD=lvm .
