Description
When using the infra playbook to create frontend VM's. The netplan config that is in the frontend VM's has the route:

        - to: "0.0.0.0/0"
          via: 192.168.1.1

This is not valid and results in:
root@f1:~# ip route
192.168.1.0/24 dev eth0 proto kernel scope link src 192.168.1.110

and should be:

        - to: 0.0.0.0/0
          via: 192.168.1.1

results in:
root@f1:~# ip route
default via 192.168.1.1 dev eth0 proto static
192.168.1.0/24 dev eth0 proto kernel scope link src 192.168.1.110
