Assign deployed VMs to VM groups

Description
VMs should be able to be grouped after deployed, and reschedule if needed.

Use case
Avoid re-creating VMs in order to group them.

Interface Changes

• Sunstone could have a dedicated group tab for the VM, where the groups and the roles are seen.
• CLI could have something like onevm regroup $vmid $vmgroupid $role
  onsidered to addressed this new feature.

This seems like something that should be made possible. A customer environment that grows from a single server to multiple would now require to be recreated of the orginal server.
