Organize tab manifest file in different files

Description
Instead having tab-manifest.yaml file to organize the different GUI components in Sunstone, create one file for each tab inside a folder. Sunstone will read that folder and join all the different components of each file.

Feature will be divided in two phases:

In order to be able to add new features in Sustone in maintenance releases.
