Derivative datasets with no validator reported modalities show loading modality indefinitely

What went wrong?

Noticed this bug on ds005851, the validator returns [] as the list of modalities and the summary is otherwise correct.

We should show a general icon instead of loading state here.

Expected behavior

The data is loaded, don't show the loading state.
