Purged files that are reuploaded are not browseable

What went wrong?

ds006239 purged some files, and then reuploaded. Most images were changed, but two were not.

The changed images are browseable using a https://openneuro.org/crn/datasets/ds006239/objects/... link, but the reuploaded files still showed an S3 URL.

I ran fsck --fast on the dataset to update the git-annex location log, and then cleared the dataset cache. Now the directories containing the reuploaded files don't open:

Expected behavior

File tree should be browseable on draft.
