Add Auto Denuvo Authorization Sharing for Legitimate Accounts

I updated to the latest Steam version and OpenSteamTool-v1.4.1. I launched "Palworld" and the lua file is also the latest. However, when I started the game, it prompted an error. The game failed to start, with error code 54.，，I haven't found this issue in other games for the time being.

Also, a new issue has been discovered. When playing Dragon Quest VII Reimagined, I had previously used someone else's legitimate Steam account for this game and successfully entered the game once. However, when I switched to my own Steam account and started the game, it still prompted for authorization. This problem does not occur in other development projects like SteamTool. Please fix it.

steam stub requires AppOwnershipTicket, which can be set by setAppTicket in lua

i will consider implementing additional denuvo authorization sharing. once a legitimate steam account completes the authorization, all other accounts will be able to launch and enter the game normally.but this won’t be implemented anytime soon.
