Import Data Whoop and Apple Health

Hello,

Are you planning to introduce an option to import Whoop historical data log (Whoop allow data export)? Also, an option to import Apple Health data would be great.

Good ideas, thanks! I haven't looked into WHOOP's export format yet, but it's definitely worth exploring. OpenStrap recomputes everything from the raw band data, so WHOOP's exported scores wouldn't map directly. However, raw historical data (HR, sleep, etc.) could probably be imported as backfill data.

Apple Health via HealthKit would likely be a cleaner integration path. I'll spend some time thinking through a proper import workflow. In the meantime, if you have a sample WHOOP export you'd be willing to share, that would help speed things up.
