NodeGUI: variable-length table editor in the inspector

Depends on NodeAPI list parameters (#19). Editing a schedule table today means hand-editing 12 scalar params (fe_1..fsw_6) with a zero terminator. Needed: add/remove rows in the node inspector for list-typed parameters.
