Authentication with token

Is it possible to authenticate with a token ? If no, do you plan to integrate it into the project?

Seems good, unfortunately I hadn't specified that I needed a Github token auth method. But I see that this method seems not implemented yet in Chatham/Vault.NET.

I've released a new version, and had a look at this lib. It has not evolved since the previous version unfortunately...
