User Story

As a leader of Orlando Devs group, I would like to have a Sponsor Prospectus page so that prospective sponsors know how to sponsor, what they get in return, etc.

Tasks

• Create the Prospectus Document
• The page will go at the top of the Sponsor page
• Validate
