Repo Cleanup: Overhaul structure and documentation

This issue tracks the upcoming repository overhaul to improve readability and streamline the onboarding process for new contributors.

Tasks:

• Update README.md: Remove the outdated reference to CONTRIBUTING.md and direct users to GitHub Issues for active tasks instead.
• Evaluate documentation structure: Review whether empirical data, literature recommendations, and the core prompts should be moved from the README into more modular files or directories.
• Refocus contributing guidelines: Clean up CONTRIBUTING.md to focus strictly on the workflow for pull requests and evaluations, removing any task management.
