[Dev tools] Option to revert map tilt in Explorer

Outline bug

When clicking on one of the "Explore Overture" examples, the map becomes tilted/angled, but there doesn't seem to be a simple option to revert back to a birds eye view. For example, clicking on "NYC Buildings" takes me to:

So a simple button/option to revert back to this url without having to refresh the page would be great:

Something similar to the existing "reset bearing to north" button, but for resetting tilt, would help with map browsing.

In days of yore, I coded up something very similar to this for the old Map with AI site. It was a pitch toggle control that moved between 90 degree and 55 degree pitch on click.

That was a pure js mapbox map embedded in a react skeleton, so a bit different structurally than this map (which uses react-map-gl).
