PostHog Analytics Backend Setup

• As a deployment operator
• I want to self-host PostHog analytics infrastructure
• So that I can collect user analytics while maintaining full data control

Acceptance Criteria:

• PostHog can be deployed via Docker Compose alongside OwnTube.tv
• Configuration supports custom deployment URLs and authentication
• Analytics data is stored locally without external dependencies
• Kubernetes deployment manifests are provided
• Health checks and monitoring for analytics service
• Backup and restore procedures documented

Definition of Done:

• PostHog instance running and accessible
• Integration tests passing
• Documentation updated
• Security review completed
