How do I locate and use the libirbem.dll after compiling it on Windows 10 using MSYS2?

I have successfully compiled IRBEM on Windows 10 using MSYS2. However, I have not found the libirbem.dll file in the IRBEM file path. I would like to use the MagFields function from the compiled result, but I am unsure how to proceed. Thank you for your help.
