Feature Request: Support for temporary switching of preferences in other pages

The current CX preference is the core part of calculation. But its management is a bit complex and difficult to understand.

This issue is an optimization of this part. When this is implemented we can visualize the effect of CX preference. It can help user to understand what CX preference actually do.

@cnwangjie Could you describe what parts you refer to with "optimization of this part"? What is bothering you, what would be an idea for a better page to manage those settings?

Now, If I want to change the CX preference in a plan page, I need change to a single cx configuration page. And for me, I usually want to compare the price between two different CX. So I have to switch between two pages frequently and fresh the page.

My idea is add a modal/popover in plan page. And I can switching CX preference temporarily and see the calculation result changes immediately.

@cnwangjie you can switch your empire in the plan. As the empire is linked to a CX preference, you will also get the price data updated and reflecting the empires CX. Isn't this sufficient?
