Default English subtitle is removed when the movie starts

Environment: Windows 10

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Select a movie
2. At the movie information page: click the WATCH IT NOW button
   Note: keep the default English subtitles, 720p (the bug also reproduces with 1080p resolution)
3. At the pop-up YOU ARE BEING MONITOR: click continue
   Results:
   The movie starts with no subtitles
4. click the subtitles icon
   Result:
   The English default is shown and currently selected from the list of available subtitles
5. click at it then select English from the drop down list
   Result:
   The English subtitle is still not displayed in the movie
6. Select another language from the list
   Result:
   The selected subtitle is displayed in the movie
7. Select English from the list
   Result:
   English subtitle is displayed in the movie
