Update badges

Hey folks, I noticed you're using a flurry of different badge designers ranging from the oldest one I conceived for http://shields.io to one that is about a year or two years old.

We have new consistent badge design available in SVG and rolled out at http://shields.io. It would be great if you could upgrade to use those.
