Unable to load environment on windows 11

Unable to load modern_ts due to conflicts between pytocrh lighting version and pip with Conda EXception Pip failed.
How to fix it please?
Need to change something in anaconda_env.yml file?? Thanks

The packages installed in the environment have not been maintained properly over a year or something. The main culprit is pytorch-forecasting which is using an older version of PyTorch Lightning. For the new edition, I'm trying to resolve this issue by moving away from PyTorch Forecasting as much as possible and including some part of the library directly in the repo.

Till then, I guess an installation without PyTorch Forecasting might work well and maybe install PyTorch Forecasting in a separate environment
