SkyShowtime: "No user token: invalid authentication token"

SkyOtt has been working fine for me for probably by now a year with SkyShowtime but has stopped working now a week or so ago. All of a sudden all I can get it to do is have Kodi (21.2.0) pop up a notification

"No user token: invalid authentication token"

I have tried re-extracting the skyshowtime.key (with https://github.com/Paco8/SkyExtractCookie on Linux) and re-logging in as well as entirely removing SkyOtt (including data) and re-adding it. Not working; same result.

This is on Kodi 21.2.0 on Android 6.0.1 (API level 23). I know that's an old Android version but it's the best available for the Minix Neo U9-H which I'm using. SkyOtt is installed through your repo (Spain OTT Depository) and is newest 0.8.5. "Input Stream Adaptive" seems to also be 0.8.5; pywidevine 0.1.1.

As far as I'm myself aware I did nothing locally to bring this on; it one day a week or so ago just stopped working. Nothing was just updated. If I log in to SkyShowtime on the web all is fine.

I was hanging on expecting to see a SkyOtt update or at least more reports but am not seeing anything. If more information is needed you'll probably need to guide me through getting it; I'm not an Android-guy...

The user token is valid for 6 months. After that it expires and you need to get a new one from the browser. I don't know why the key file from SkyExtractCookie didn't work but you can also try to get it using SkyExtractCookieAndroid.

No change. The Linux version's skyshowtime.key and the Android version's skyshowtime_login.key are different -- 4653 bytes versus 3274 -- but the behavior is the same. I in Kodi SkyOtt / Accounts elect to "Login to SkyShowtime with a key file" and select the file, and are then without any form of feedback put back in SkyOtt / Accounts again.

Feels strange but I don't remember whether or not that was once different. I'm in any case NOT told that the login failed or succeeded -- and/but in fact, the plugin seems to think it succeeded, since it from that point on offers me to "Export access token to key file". It's just that anything I in fact try to do in the add-on results only in that mentioned "No user token" notification. Doesn't do anything else anymore.

Go back to the addon main menu and see if you're actually logged in.
Otherwise, open the key files in a text editor and see if they contain numbers and letters and not an error message.

This has again without me doing anything (different) locally today again fixed itself. Didn't work for a week or so and must've been something remote. I'll leave this open in case you want to probe further, although specifically I can't then seemingly help diagnose anything anymore.
