I have a question about the "Pantheon+SH0ES_STAT+SYS.cov" file. It should be a 1701*1701 matrix, however, this file has just one column. I want to rearrange it as a matrix. Then, is the first 1701 data, represents the first row or the first column of the matrix? I think it should be the first row.
