[Feature]: Move the task based mechanism to a separate plug in

The task based mechanism should be made into a plug in accessible to all the applications and plug ins instead of being built in to the applications.

With the current patter we have to have three different task based mechanism, one for each application which causes numerous issues when the StoreBuddy application is to be loaded as a plug in. In such cases a single application will have two different task based mechanisms.
