[Feature]: Create a pricing configuration page for products including catalog-based pricing

Introduce a dedicated page for quickly configuring product pricing, including both base prices and catalog-based pricing (e.g., B2B, VIP, channel-specific catalogs).

Currently, users can easily update:

• Regular price

• Sale price

However, configuring catalog-based pricing is cumbersome and lacks a centralized UI, making it difficult to manage pricing strategies efficiently.

• Maintain multiple pricing tiers (B2C, B2B, VIP, Wholesale, etc.)

• Adjust prices in bulk

• Compare pricing across catalogs

• Quickly update catalog-specific prices without navigating multiple screens
