Allow report presets to be unlinked from the marketplace and provide a UI for manual configuration so customers can customize existing report templates.

Problem
Report presets are currently linked to the marketplace, which limits the ability for customers to customize existing report templates. Users cannot modify presets to fit their specific reporting requirements.

Proposed solution

• Allow report presets to be unlinked from the marketplace
• Provide a UI for manually configuring report templates
• Ensure that once unlinked, presets can be fully customized without being overridden by marketplace updates

Expected outcome

• Customers can customize report templates
• Greater flexibility in report configuration
• Marketplace presets can still be used as a starting point but not enforced
