Allow users to create customer exercise programs that are not visible in the mobile application and are intended only for printing or offline use.

Problem
All customer exercise programs are currently visible and accessible through the mobile application. However, some programs are intended only to be printed and given to customers, without being tracked, accessed, or interacted with through the mobile app.

Proposed solution

• Add an option to mark exercise programs as "hidden from mobile app" or "print-only"
• Ensure hidden programs are not synced or displayed in the mobile application
• Keep these programs available in the web/admin interface for printing and management

Expected outcome

• Users can create print-only exercise programs
• Mobile application only shows programs intended for tracking and interaction
• Cleaner mobile experience and better separation between tracked and non-tracked programs
