Issue Description
Stovetops are lost technology as far as station research is considered. Circuit imprinters can create Microwaves, grills, ovens, ice cream machines, and deep fryers but no stove tops.
What did you expect to happen?
All the standard cookery machines to be printable from RnD.
What happened instead?
No boards in the Circuit imprinter.
Why is this bad/What are the consequences?
Me dismantling the kitchen when I want to open a maint fish and chips shop.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Get Rnd to some basic levels (most kitchen machines are 2 programming 2 magnets but even full 7s won't do it.)
Go to the circuit imprinter and try and find a stovetop either through search or category.
No stovetop, stove, or anything.
When did the problem start happening?
Since stovetops were introduced.
Extra information
Should just need a design for /obj/item/circuitboard/cooking/stove to be added along with the other cooking machines.
