What is the behaviour in Path of Building?
The warbringer's turtle charm ascendancy point should give maximum 75% block chance, however it doesn't apply to calculations. It's still 50% max or 55% max if I take some max block on the passive tree.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?
The warbringer's turtle charm ascendancy point should give maximum 75% block chance, however it doesn't apply to calculations. It's still 50% max or 55% max if I take some max block on the passive tree.
