Hulking Form shows incorrect values and causes crashes

Titan ascendency node Hulking Form (50% increased effect of small passives) results in incorrect values shown for some nodes. For example: Dampening Shield, Eldritch Will, and anything that gives additional stun/ailment threshold).

For some other nodes (ex: Endless Blizzard) you get this crash on mouse-over:

How to reproduce the issue

1. Select class Warrior -> Titan.
2. Allocate Hulking Form.
3. Look at Eldritch Will and small nodes leading to it. They all show 1% instead of 12-15% in game.
4. Look at Endless Blizzard -> crash.
