Time-Lost (Emerald) "(22%) Increased Effect of Notable Passive Skills in Radius" interaction with "Stand and Deliver" and "Death from Afar", wrong values on notables

What is the behaviour in-game?

When using any Time-Lost (radius) jewel near "Stand and Deliver" and "Death from Afar", the "#% increased Effect of Notable Passive Skills in Radius" mod, this normally only affects the first value of each line on the notables. A medium or large radius is required.

Example:
Normally "Stand and Deliver" its first line reads "[..] against Enemies within 2m", and with a 22% increased effect jewel, it will read "[..] against Enemies within 2m" - identical.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

When using any Time-Lost (radius) jewel near "Stand and Deliver" and "Death from Afar", the "#% increased Effect of Notable Passive Skills in Radius" mod, POB copies the value the first value from each line to the second value of each line. A medium or large radius is required.

Example:
Normally "Stand and Deliver" its first line reads "[..] against Enemies within 2m", but with a 22% increased effect jewel, it will read "[..] against Enemies within 48m" - quite the upgrade.

How to reproduce the issue

Add any radius jewel with a medium or large radius mod, and "#% increased Effect of Notable Passive Skills in Radius". Socket this in the jewel slot near the aforementioned notables.
