Fix cosmetic errors

There are various minor cosmetic issues throughout

• The ‘Ward’ column of the ‘Transaction Types’ table for organisation users should read something else
• The mouse pointer should change to a cursor when mousing over selectable items (e.g., rows in the ‘Recurring Transactions’ table, checkboxes, etc.)
• The fields of a recurring transaction selected for editing do not populate correctly
• Buttons should not animate onclick whilst disabled
• Forms should not be full-width on wide displays
