[suggestion] dockerfile to build container image for simple cloud hosting

No, but it might just be a case of;

1. adding a one line dockerfile to the root of the project, (because there is already a nodejs base container that will configure from a "package.json" file; https://registry.hub.docker.com/u/google/nodejs-runtime/ ),
2. registering this github project to be accessible by docker
3. telling docker to auto-built it into an image on the docker registry.
4. make it live, by linking that container to a cloud service, a google container host (compute engine) or AWS.

the only thing is i don’t see how the server gets signed, but maybe this process will provide some feedback regarding that.
