Use of Python 2.7 triggers warning in macOS Monterey

On macOS Monterey, YoutubeToMac triggers a warning that the app will not be compatible with future versions of macOS upon downloading the video. This is due to the fact that YoutubeToMac executes the Youtube-DL executable using Python 2.7, and not Python 3.x.

From the Monterey release notes:

If an app uses Python 2.7, macOS now triggers an alert indicating that the developer must update the app to ensure it will work in future versions of macOS. (80221011)

macOS 12.0 beta (21A5522h)

This still reproduces on macOS 12.1 (21C52). Is there a way we can opt-in to using Python 3 on certain macOS versions?

Python 2.7 is removed in macOS 12.3 according to the release notes. It will be necessary to ship an update that uses python3 to maintain compatibility with macOS 12.3.
