feat: Import YouTube Playlists and History

I'm testing both YT Zero and Grayjay to ditch YouTube for good. Grayjay doesn't let you store or self-host your data, so YT Zero is really the one I want to use. There is just one thing holding me back right now:

Core Request:

• Ability to import YouTube playlists from a Google Takeout export

Nice to Have:

• Import watch history from Google Takeout as well
• Alternatively, support impor from the Better Subscriptions browser extension
