Merge with `nuxt-open-fetch`

Heyo!

I was checking out https://github.com/nuxt/modules/pulls and noticed this module, which is very similar to my own, nuxt-open-fetch. Since they do almost the same thing, it might make more sense to combine efforts rather than maintain two separate modules.

If there are any features or improvements you'd like to see in nuxt-open-fetch, I'd love to hear them. We could collaborate and make nuxt-open-fetch even better together.

The modules are indeed very similar. This module wraps the $fetch and useFetch functions of nuxt directly, without creating a new fetch client. And support for path params

Other than that, I don't think there are many more differences.

The next time I want to work on this project, i will consider your proposal first ;-)
