Add the ability to filter for non-early-access games

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we can filter for games with early access, but we cant filter for games that are NOT early access. I personally would like to exclude early-access games sometimes.

Describe the solution you'd like
Im not sure how this could be implemented best ui-wise. Ig the early-access icon would need 3 states? No-filter, filter for early access, filter out early-access. Maybe the last could be the same icon but with a red x over it-
