Download flyout menu not functioning on mobile devices

Describe the bug
When on a mobile device, whether on the server's app or the browser version, the flyout menu that appears when clicking the download button does not appear, thus making downloads impossible on mobile.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to The library section and click on a game.
2. Click on the download button.
3. See error

Expected behavior
The flyout menu should appear with direct download or direct download via GameVault client.
