Not seeing calls to Claude in vscode

Hello @PiLastDigit thanks for sharing.
I have followed the installation instructions and using it in vscode.
In vscode I have both Codex and Claude windows and I have a subscription for both.
When I am doing any /TRIP- command I do not see any call to Claude but in the short video in this repo I can see it.
Can you please help me?

Also it is not clear how to use both Claude and GPT at the same time
