Description
When reopening Ishi, the MCP toggle appears switched to OFF, even though the MCP is actually still enabled and functioning correctly.
This seems to be a UI display issue only.
If an MCP were truly disabled, the label "disabled" would appear next to the MCP name — which is not the case here.
Steps to Reproduce
- Enable an MCP.
- Close Ishi completely.
- Reopen Ishi.
- Observe the MCP toggle state.
Expected Behavior
- MCP toggle should correctly reflect the actual MCP state.
- If MCP is enabled, toggle should remain ON after reopening Ishi.
