UI Bug: MCP Toggle Shows OFF After Reopen but MCP Is Still Enabled

Description

When reopening Ishi, the MCP toggle appears switched to OFF, even though the MCP is actually still enabled and functioning correctly.

This seems to be a UI display issue only.
If an MCP were truly disabled, the label "disabled" would appear next to the MCP name — which is not the case here.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable an MCP.
2. Close Ishi completely.
3. Reopen Ishi.
4. Observe the MCP toggle state.

Expected Behavior

• MCP toggle should correctly reflect the actual MCP state.
• If MCP is enabled, toggle should remain ON after reopening Ishi.
