Installing NPM doc during instance set up doesnt work

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create any instance using homepage - sandbox. Choose "Preview" (without any clone github examples)
2. You will see in second line: "Install pos-cli Installing NPM on Windows"
3. Link doesn't work

Suggested resolution:
