[BUG] Nether_warts are bugged

Describe the bug
Coins do not drop from nether_wart if a player places them.
Restarting the server fix issue and coins drop from nether_warts that were planted before the restart.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Plant nether_wart
2. Wait for growing
3. Collect nether_warts (you can see that coins not drop)
4. Do restart and collect the rest of nether_warts (you can see that coins drop)
