some 0.7 branch issues

Some things to fix in the 0.7 branch so I can't forget them:

• make registering to ddnet 0.7 masters work without removing a few 0.7 token checks.
• somehow fix hero flag sound
• somehow fix the timer when the timelimit is not a full minute (e.g. 1:30)
• fix votes
  • language vote
  • server side fix/clean
  • client side fix (pr to teeworlds seems ready)
• convert some maps
• change color for spider/ghoul zombie classes
