Multiple Unlocking Conditions

An item/usage can be unlocked through different ways.

For example, the diamond pickaxe crafting can be unlocked by reaching Miner level 20 OR Lumberjack level 1.

Note: if the item is already unlocked, it should not show in the other place where it can be unlocked. Nor should it be shown in the Level Up GUI if it was already unlocked.
