No click action on "Online Guide" menu control.

Actual behaviour

No action on click, Control highlights as if its been selected but nothing happens

Expected behaviour

"Online Guide" button takes you yo some sort of guide for using the tool or even a place holder page.

yourself in the shoes of someone who has never encountered this problem before and would like to know exactly how to observe it under a given set of conditions.
Here is an example:

1. Open the PonySFM Workshop.exe
2. Click on hamburger menu, then on the menu that appears, click "Online Guide"
3. Wait, nothing happens
