Feature Request: New installation window should show modal of main window by default

Actual behaviour

Presently clicking a mod manager link on Ponysfm.com activates the app and highlights the icon on the task bar, but does not pop the installation progress window, it starts minimised/behind the main form.

Expected behaviour

When invoking a new installation the new window should show as a modal child of the main window to provide user feedback that something is happening

Hmm, this might be me. after about 20 installs the install window started popping up. I'll need to see if I can get more data to replicate.
