[BUG] Flicker when loading project page (add loading state 🟠AWAITING DESIGN)

Describe the bug
When I load a project page, there is a long flicker where it says "User Name" before the profile is loaded. A loading state should be implemented to gracefully handle this.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
