Your Specific Question

I've done 3 successful PRs in this repository, but in the hacktoberfest profile of mine, they are showing as 0/6, and in the PR list, they are rejected saying "Exclusion Repository". I want to know why the repository is not considered in hacktoberfest itself? and would my PRs in this repo would go waste and not count in the competition?
