• Meteorological data: daily maximum temperature, minimum temperature, avg daytime temperature, total precipitation, daylight avg vapor pressure deficit, daylight shortwave radiant flux density
• CO2 data: annual co2 concentration
• Ecophysiological constants: 44 constants, see https://github.com/PredictiveEcology/BiomeBGCR/blob/development/inst/inputs/epc/c3grass.epc
• Site constants: soil depth, % sand, % silt, %clay, elevation, latitude, shortwave albedo, rate of atmospheric nitrogen deposition, rate of symbiotic+asymbiotic nitrogen fixation.

Ecophysiological constants

Level 1: Use NFI landcover map to extract vegetation functional type: C3 grass (c3grass), C4 grass (c4grass), evergreen shrub (shrub), evergreen needle leaf forest (ENF) and deciduous broadleaf forest (DBF), deciduous needle leaf forest (DNF), and evergreen broadleaf forest (EBF). And uses the default values.

Level 2: Start from the defaults (1). Adjust constants based on the leading species and species traits from TRY
