G2 crossbow extruder filament sensors dont activate

Any one else having issues with the filament sensors not activating on G2 crossbow extruder ?

Using 5.5mm ball bearings but not even close to sensing the filament, V2.4 all fully calibrated but no luck at all

I had the same issue.
I put a 5mm ball bearing instead of 5.5mm and the sensonrs activated and deactivated when I put and took out the filament.
