Improve RFID setup flow

Currently, RFID setup flow can be confusing to users. The two main problems are

1. It is not clear enough when the flow is complete, as there is a lot of text on screen
2. It is not clearly shown where the RFID card should be placed
3. Uses are not instructed to click the 'RFID login' button on the home screen

Proposal:

• Only show one step at a time in RFID setup dialog
• Add a visual to each step
• Add a step teaching users how to log in with RFID
