Description

Now that we have our MIT license stored in a central location, we should update our licensing in each source file to point there.

What do you propose?

Update each file's license location from

https://github.com/progressive-insurance/oculr-ngx/blob/main/LICENSE.md

to

https://opensource.progressive.com/resources/license
